SEN Teaching Assistant – Newham<\/strong><\/p>\n Are you looking for a new role working in a primary school as a Learning Support Assistant in Stratford, Newham? If so, this may be the perfect role for you! <\/p>\n I am currently working alongside a primary school who are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in their specialist resourced provision (SRP) supporting students with moderate to severe Autism (ASD). <\/p>\n The position is based in Stratford, Newham and will be a full-time, long-term position starting immediately till the end of the academic year. There will be an opportunity to go permanent at the end of the academic year. The position is between £80 to £100 daily rate depending on your experience. <\/p>\n About the role:<\/p>\n Multi-form primary school with specialist resourced provision (SRP)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Full-time, long-term contract<\/p>\n<\/li>\n £80 to £100 daily rate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Working 1:1 and in small groups with students with moderate to severe ASD<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Training and regular CPD\u2019s provided by the school<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The ideal candidate: <\/p>\n Will be willing to work in a special needs setting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Have experience working with children or young people<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Can work from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Be patient, reliable, and nurturing <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Be able to trial and\/or interview immediately<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Engage Education is a widely recognised, award-winning education recruitment company.
