IT Project Manager <\/strong><\/p>\n Salary £45k – £50k<\/strong><\/p>\n One of IT Bods leading clients is recruiting for an IT Project Manager to join the team. This is a new role dedicated to enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring that every project directly contributes to improving how customers interact with our solutions and services.<\/p>\n Leveraging expertise in project management, understanding of customer needs, and developing innovative solutions that make our customer interactions more intuitive, enjoyable, and efficient.<\/p>\n The approach involves actively listening to customer feedback and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that align with the company’s vision for outstanding customer service.<\/p>\n From the project initiation, take the lead on defining the specification, agreeing scope, and proposing the solution alongside the investment proposal. You will be working closely with suppliers to agree workable technical solutions and realistic delivery plans alongside maintaining relationships with all key supplier contacts. Create a suitable testing framework to ensure that change is non-disruptive and engage with IT operations team to ensure safe delivery into a production service.<\/p>\n Identify and manage any issues impacting project delivery.<\/p>\n Manage clear and effective open communication channels with the project sponsor, stakeholders, team members and senior leadership. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, plan internal and external resources to maximise effectiveness.<\/p>\n
You will be working closely with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered in line with agreed expectations.<\/p>\n
Proven track record of managing and delivering successful IT application projects of all sizes over the last 2 years
Strong knowledge of working within a B2B manufacturing environment
Proven experience of defining project requirements and specification, agreeing scope, and presenting proposed solutions
Strong experience of working with SAP and CRM solutions<\/p>\n
Previous experience in CRM development and\/or implementation
Previous experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform
Interest in AI (Artificial Intelligence)<\/p>\n
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Must possess a proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
Demonstrates attention to detail and delivers a high-quality standard of work that ensures it meets the needs of key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
