JOB DESCRIPTION : Warehouse and Delivery Operative & Stock Envoy<\/p>\n
The Warehouse and Delivery Operative performs a variety of general warehouse and delivery related support tasks from the Warehouse department including:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Supporting warehouse in all warehouse activities.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Processing received parcels and packages.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Preparation of a delivery route plan and deliveries.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintaining and tidying warehouse environment.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintaining and cleaning delivery vehicles.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Managing & communication Vehicle Servicing and Servicing dates.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responsibility for the delivery vehicles fit for purpose.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Compile data and prepare a variety of delivery reports.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Recommends actions to improve warehouse and delivery efficiency.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Delivery to Customers, Collection from Suppliers and other driving related tasks.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Company Health and Safety Compliance.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responsibility to report\/feedback any issues involving Delivery, Collection or Warehouse activities.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Loading and Unloading\/Unpacking within the Warehouse and surrounding environment.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Liaising directly with Customer\/Suppliers in a professional courteous manner at all times, reporting any issues in relation to this behavioural requirement.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Supporting other Warehouse colleagues working as a team member in a team environment.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintaining and Filing customer delivery notes, and any other related Warehouse paperwork.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Fulfil customer consigned stock envoy responsibilities and supporting activities.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Conduct regular progress and communication meetings, with your line managers,<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Compliance to presentation and Company uniform dress & cleanliness standards.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Operating customer service duties on customer sites.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Supporting and Maintaining Vending machines and their stocks on customer sites.<\/p>\n
37-hour week \u2013 full time position, Monthly Paid,<\/p>\n
