Milk Education are working with a primary school in Anfield . You will be supporting the children with their learning and development. This Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the classroom. You will also be expected to work with groups of children and occasionally on a one-to-one basis as and when required.<\/p>\n
Hours: 20 hours aweek <\/p>\n

Your role & responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration and self-esteem of pupils whilst responding to their individual needs<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team<\/p>\n
\u00b7 You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a safe environment and engaging lesson<\/p>\n
Non-negotiables:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Holds a Level 2\/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience within the last 3 months + supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community\/youth role, college\/university placement or any volunteer roles<\/p>\n
Please note, candidates without a qualification but with extensive experience (paid or voluntary) with children or a relevant setting are also welcome to apply!<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Two suitable references covering the last 2 years<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.<\/p>\n
