Hybrid (3 days a week on-site)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent, Full-Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> &#163;70,000 &#8211; &#163;80,000 Per annum<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong> Bonus<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Job Duties:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis function for the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management on key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the benchmarking process to assess the organisation&#8217;s financial performance against industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the capital expenditure (CAPEX) process, ensuring projects are aligned with the organisation&#8217;s financial goals.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practises.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure the organisation&#8217;s financial strategies are aligned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in direct line management is required.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Knowledge and Skills:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in developing and implementing business plans and financial strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of capital expenditure (CAPEX) management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 17\/03\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 0<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
