The successful candidate will support fee earners specialising in real estate, whilst providing outstanding client care at all times.<br \/><strong><br \/>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting fee earners specialising in commercial property matters<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with clients and external professionals<\/li>\n<li>Preparing correspondence and documentation<\/li>\n<li>File management<\/li>\n<li>Compiling due diligence bundles<\/li>\n<li>Handling enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Use of case management system<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas<\/li>\n<li>Travelling to other offices when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>The Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paralegals with at least 2 year\u2019s experience<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in commercial property matters is essential<\/li>\n<li>IT proficient<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and client care skills<\/li>\n<li>Access to own transportation is highly desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>The Firm<\/strong><br \/>Our client is a highly regarded and well-established legal practice with a network of offices throughout East Anglia.
