<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client is offering a competitive salary (&#163;70k-80k DoE) and a benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave as well as your birthday off, 50\/50 hybrid working, private health care, free parking and bonus scheme. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities as the Business Development Manager will include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as a &#8216;sales enabler\u2019, supporting lawyers to win work<\/li>\n<li>Developing and delivering the business development strategy for the real estate team<\/li>\n<li>Identifying prospects and engagement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns with the marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Project managing all aspects of the tender process from initial qualification through to proposals, presentations and debriefs<\/li>\n<li>Managing client engagement &#8211; overseeing real estate key account programme, client reviews and ways to improve client experience<\/li>\n<li>And more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable success in business development within the real estate sector, ideally within a law firm \/ legal services environment<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience supporting professionals in lead generation and conversion, pitches and key account management<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering multi-channel, lead-generating marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships<\/li>\n<li>A passion for utilising technology, leveraging data in decision making and being able to adapt to change<\/li>\n<li>IT literate <\/li>\n<li>Ability to act as an ambassador for the law firm <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested in this Business Development Manager opportunity?
