Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and ensure product development aligns with business objectives. This role requires decisive decision-making, leadership,  and effective stakeholder influence.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Collaborate with sales to identify future product development projects.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and oversee plant trials, ensuring standards are met.<\/li>\n<li>Work with teams to facilitate smooth product scale-up.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical expertise to various departments.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on changes to raw materials.<\/li>\n<li>Manage assigned projects efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Specify new and existing products and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Provide written reports, including technical analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Offer technical support to address manufacturing issues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Functional Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make clear and prompt decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for completing actions and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate initiative and work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear direction for trials and set expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Establish standards of behaviour and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Promote ideas effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with functions to achieve goals.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies for technical improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on customer needs and satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Set high standards for quality and improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Develop accurate measurement systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will have a background in Chemistry and proven experience working in an industrial lab.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity which offers flexible working, half day on a Friday, international travel and an opportunity to work on exciting projects.<\/p>\n<p>Please apply online in the first instance.
