{"id":5812,"date":"2024-02-02T11:32:05","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T11:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/helpdesk-coordinator-2\/"},"modified":"2024-02-02T11:32:05","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T11:32:05","slug":"helpdesk-coordinator-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/helpdesk-coordinator-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Helpdesk Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Catch 22<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a326,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 02\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<p>We are currently working with a National Private Organisation to source an experienced <strong>Helpdesk Coordinator<\/strong> to join their Property and Estates Team to support in the FM Service Delivery across a large portfolio (175&#43; sites).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Helpdesk Coordinator<\/strong> Core Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n<p>Act as primary contact for telephone calls and emails answering them in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log all incoming reactive jobs on the <strong>CAFM <\/strong>system and allocate to the site team.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on all jobs to ensure completion within the <strong>SLA&#8217;s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Actively manage and monitor quote and job status, building relationships with client teams to ensure efficient processing of all work<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships on site, with suppliers and sub-contractors to assist with the delivery of a prompt and professional service to the client.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and issue <strong>PPM&#8217;s<\/strong> to site team as well as signing off reactive and <strong>PPM<\/strong> works on the system.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Helpdesk Lead to ensure sub-contractors are scheduled to attend site to carry out Maintenance visits.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Contract Support duties when required.&nbsp; This may include logging timesheets and expenses, raising purchase orders and assisting with monthly reports and contract review packs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ideal <strong>Helpdesk Coordinator<\/strong> will have previous experience working on a <strong>facilities helpdesk<\/strong> and have used <strong>CAFM<\/strong> systems before.<\/p>\n<p>For this the client are offering their <strong>Helpdesk Coordinator<\/strong> a salary up to <strong>&#163;26,000 per annum<\/strong>.
