Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Fitter to join our client in Invergordon on a permanent basis. The company has grown organically, and through acquisition and investment in the latest processing technologies.<\/p>\n
The role is a day and night shift role. It is a fantastic time to join a growing organisation who care about there employees.<\/p>\n
As part of the Maintenance team the Maintenance Fitter will assist in problem solving activities on key technical equipment problems and provide support to maintenance teams on technical equipment when required. <\/p>\n
Other responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n
You will work closely with all the staff in each area to ensure the smooth running of core business plant<\/p>\n
Maximise the utilisation of machinery and equipment<\/p>\n
Proactively work to eliminate plant downtime and make improvements to the processes<\/p>\n
