\nFutures seek to appoint a Junior Project Coordinator with some manufacturing knowledge for our client based in South Leeds. There is a great working culture and benefits package and lots of opportunities for internal promotion. Your main role will be supporting the operational and projects teams so a background in something operational or project related is desirable but not essential. You need to have experience in activities such as BOMs, work instructions, work orders, sales orders and previous involvement in a customer facing role for a manufacturing business. Your role will be to assist the project managers as they manage a series of small projects through the company, working closely with internal teams in engineering, purchasing and manufacturing, to ensure that customer requirements are met and your projects are delivered in full and on time. You will have frequent interaction with external parties too.<\/p>\n

* Familiarity with manufacturing: BOMs, work instructions, work orders, sales orders, engineering drawings
* Daily communication with a range of stakeholders (suppliers, customers and internal teams)
* Managing customer expectations and keeping them updated and informed on the progress of their order
* General office administration support
* Competent with Microsoft Office<\/p>\n

* Previous experience in a customer or supplier facing role for a manufacturing company
* Previous experience with engineering an advantage
* Familiar with full Microsoft suite of products
