Are you currently studying towards the AAT qualification? <\/strong><\/p>\n Would you like to join a friendly, supportive accountancy firm which supports small to medium sized businesses with their accounting? <\/strong><\/p>\n Our client is a well established accountancy firm in Central London. They would like to recruit a Trainee Accounts Assistant with a good academic record and strong work ethic.<\/p>\n You will be trained in general bookkeeping, preparing accounts to trial balance and preparing VAT returns for a broad range of small to medium sized businesses. The majority of your work will be carried out using Microsoft Excel, Xero and QuickBooks.<\/p>\n The firm are willing to support you through your AAT studies, by providing funding and study leave.<\/p>\n To be considered for this position, you must:<\/p>\n – Have GCSEs in Maths and English at grades 6-9<\/p>\n – Currently be studying towards the AAT qualification – ideally Level 3<\/p>\n – Be prepared to work full time and study in your own time<\/p>\n – Be able to commute to Central London for work<\/p>\n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term career in accountancy.
