proposals for a growing client base.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation provides high-level Digital Transformation, Cloud, Managed IT Support to clients in Professional Services industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take a consultative approach in explaining technical solutions to both new and existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Design &amp; implement a range of complex projects from the ground up, including implementation<\/li>\n<li>Complete technical reviews of clients&#8217; IT infrastructure, to ensure all systems are operating efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Act as the key point of contact for clients when it comes to infrastructure upgrade projects<\/li>\n<li>Play a key role in the pre-sales process, and advise on upgrades to infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all projects are carefully documented and handed over to the infrastructure &amp; senior technical team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of Presales &amp; Architecture<\/li>\n<li>End-to-end project experience, from scoping, documenting, implementing, and support<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Stack, including Exchange<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge surrounding Office 365 security and Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Azure Infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Intune and Endpoint Manager<\/li>\n<li>SharePoint and Teams<\/li>\n<li>PowerShell<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware \/ Hyper V<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience is highly advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days&#8217;
