Job Title: EMEA Senior Payroll Specialist
Salary: £55,000-75,000
Location: Central London (hybrid working model)<\/p>\n
JGA are partnered with an exciting AI company seeking a Senior EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their growing payroll team.<\/p>\n
In the role, you will be responsible for processing 10 payrolls across Europe, with the opportunity to learn global payroll, and get heavily involved in payroll projects.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Managing the entire payroll process for 10 different regions including Poland, France, Belgium, Germany, Slovenia, Ireland, and the UK
* Ensuring regular monitoring of EMEA compliance regulations
* Reviewing and reconciling payroll data
* Addressing employee and business inquiries and concerns regarding payroll Coordinating with external payroll service providers
* Serving as the subject matter expert for payroll in various projects <\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Polish\/French\/German language skills are desirable
* Experience within North America, LATAM and APAC is desirable
* M&A experience desirable
* Project experience desirable
* SOX controls desirable<\/p>\n
