Reed Accountancy are partnered with a well-established organisation who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on a Temp \u2013 Perm basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and wider Transactional Finance Functions.<\/p>\n
As Finance Assistant responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assisting with all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable<\/p>\n
\u2022 Reconciliation of supplier statements.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and create new customer accounts<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain accurate and detailed supplier records and create new supplier accounts<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations (multiple currency accounts).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with processing credit card transactions<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist Finance Manager with weekly reporting and month-end duties<\/p>\n
Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous accounts experience and working knowledge of Sage<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ideally active AAT studier<\/p>\n
\u2022 Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience of working with multiple currencies<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines<\/p>\n
