The company are currently undergoing a payroll system upgrade. As a result, experience using OpenPeople is  crucial in this role, experience using ITrent is also preferable.<\/p>\n<p>Duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>End to end processing and managing of high-volume payroll (both weekly and monthly)<\/li>\n<li>Processing starters, leavers and payroll changes<\/li>\n<li>Production of payslips<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with queries &amp; internal\/ external stakeholders relating to payroll activities<\/li>\n<li>Administering SMP, SPP and SAP<\/li>\n<li>Administering Court Orders &amp; Student loans<\/li>\n<li>Manual calculations<\/li>\n<li>Sending out of P45\u2019s, P60\u2019s, pension letters<\/li>\n<li>Filing for HMRC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working in a busy payroll environment processing payroll for around 700 to 1000 employees end to end<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing high volume weekly payroll<\/li>\n<li>Experience using OpenPeople payroll system<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of current legislation around NI rates, Statutory payments etc<\/li>\n<li>Experience of a Computerised Payroll system<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, be meticulous and accurate<\/li>\n<li>Excellent numerical, written and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word &amp; Excel<\/li>\n<li>High integrity and respecting data confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This presents a great opportunity for experienced candidates to join a large company at an exciting time of change.
