With a broad range of responsibilities you will help build and develop a high-performance finance team, define and shape finance processes and drive efficiencies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to succeed in this role;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of adding value within an FP&amp;A function<\/li>\n<li>A strong commercial acumen and demonstrable business partnering experience whereby you can build strong, professional relationships across the business and influence thinking across all levels of the business<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills to be able to interpret financial results, spotting trends and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Be a self-starter who is driven and able to identify improvement ideas and follow through on implementing them.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities, excellent planning and organisation, and show a broad interest in systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setting analytical standards for planning &amp; reporting, and enhancing business understanding through modelling KPIs and cost drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering insightful perspectives on budgeting and formal forecast cycles, with a deep understanding of cost drivers and outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Providing high-quality reporting, analysis, and commentary to support decision-making and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing P&amp;L and cashflow performance, offering insights into overall positions, risks, and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide commercial insight and challenge to the business units strategy and initiatives<\/li>\n<li>A key decision making in implementing new strategies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you have the skillset required, or would like further information, please apply below.
