Our well established client is looking for a Trainee Legal Secretary to join their Private Client Department in their Blandford Forum Office.<\/p>\n
The Role<\/p>\n
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop within a busy and dynamic environment.<\/p>\n
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, who will provide you with training and guidance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
The key responsibilities of a Trainee Legal Secretary\/Paralegal include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and other legal staff.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Answering and making telephone calls, taking messages and handling client enquiries.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Typing and formatting legal documents, letters, emails and other correspondence.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintaining confidential client files and records.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Organising client meetings and diary management.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assisting with research and providing general administrative support.<\/p>\n

The Person<\/p>\n
The key skills and qualities of a Trainee Legal Secretary\/Paralegal are:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous experience working in a legal or secretarial role is desirable but not essential.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Good organisational, communication and IT skills.<\/p>\n
