&#163;45,000 Per Annum <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a&nbsp;Section Engineer&nbsp;on behalf of one of our clients.<\/p>\n<p>Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with company procedures and legal obligations<\/li>\n<li>Promote and comply with environmental compliance<\/li>\n<li>Deliver the works safely<\/li>\n<li>Promote best practice<\/li>\n<li>Comply with company procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure work is delivered defect\/snag-free.<\/li>\n<li>Endeavour to spot and highlight value engineering opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Establish the level and survey control for contracts<\/li>\n<li>Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time<\/li>\n<li>Produce procurement schedules for the jobs and liaise with our procurement department to ensure the site has adequate resources to complete the tasks<\/li>\n<li>Produce ITPs and Task Briefings<\/li>\n<li>Produce 2 week look ahead in conjunction with the Site Agent<\/li>\n<li>Produce Site Diaries and Allocation Sheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in setting out on civil engineering projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience in deep water Infra Civil Engineering, including deep and trenchless drainage<\/li>\n<li>Competent in the management of Temporary works<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations<\/li>\n<li>Fully conversant with the use of robotic total station or EDM instruments<\/li>\n<li>Degree qualified\/HNC (or equivalent) in civil engineering<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Competent in management of information controls and RFI process to consultant<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook <\/li>\n<li>CSCS <\/li>\n<li>SMSTS<\/li>\n<li>Temporary works supervisor\/coordinator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location:&nbsp;Yorkshire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary: &#163;40,000 &#8211;
