Hybrid working.<\/strong> Clark James Recruitment are working closely with this leading Insurance claims business who have an exciting role in a brand new team there where you would be employee number two so will have a chance to help grow the team from scratch working closely with the head of legal. <\/p>\n The company are ideally seeking a litigator (paralegal\/ legal executive or junior solicitor) who has experience of Claimant side work, handling and Motor property damage claims.<\/strong> They would also be willing to consider someone from the Defendant side with either property damage<\/strong> or personal injury<\/strong> experience. Either way they are looking for at least 3-5 years of relevant experience so please don\u2019t apply for this unless that fits your background.<\/p>\n The role and responsibilities:<\/p>\n In order to be considered for this role you will need the relevant experience and ideally some legal qualifications such as a law degree or legal practice course.
