Customer Service Advisor
I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my amazing client for a Customer Service Advisor based in Crewe. The role has become available due to company growth, so it’s a really exciting time to join the team!
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary starts at £21,319 + £3,000 bonus!<\/p>\n
As a Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact and your duties will include:
* Ensuring the highest-level customer experience
* Handling enquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner via email, live chat and telephone
* Recording all essential information accurately and relaying to the relevant department
* Audit Reports
* Continually seek to improve methods and processes.
The successful applicant will have a positive and committed approach, excellent customer service and communication skills, great problem solving skills, be self-motivated with a great work ethic, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
