core benefits to suit your health and well-being &#8211; more information available on our careers site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Successful Candidates will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing training and guidance for new starters to the team<\/li>\n<li>Planning, overseeing and ensuring delivery of tasks within the team<\/li>\n<li>General administration\/information management services<\/li>\n<li>Supporting management activity to meets business needs<\/li>\n<li>Owning the Packaging SharePoint site ensuring the customer facing documents are always up to date and available<\/li>\n<li>Providing help, advice and guidance to customers on using the services and systems via management of the Packaging Helpdesk<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the digitization of the Packaging archives<\/li>\n<li>Organising and supporting the RIM (Regulatory Interface Meeting), hosting site visitors and supporting UK\/US meetings<\/li>\n<li>Management of configuration documentation produced by Production Engineering teams, supporting them in the creation and\/or completion of documents as required<\/li>\n<li>Data compilation\/co-ordination, report generation and information management (including management of various metrics, route card, inventory management and minute taking)<\/li>\n<li>Management of various spreadsheets (e.g. those denoting statuses of projects, training, review responses and actions)<\/li>\n<li>Printing, binding, filing and control of MPS, SPS, Method Statements, Technical Reports and Design History documentation etc<\/li>\n<li>Support Quality, Safety, Projects, Facility and any other relevant department\/programme\/project as per business need<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setting of priorities via task management<\/li>\n<li>Achieving and maintaining high standards of transactional administration\/information management services<\/li>\n<li>Identifying problems and providing solutions within set parameters or escalating if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Finding ways to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations, making appropriate proposals to management and implementing agreed improvements or changes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and promote high personal standards in Environment, Safety, Health, Security and Quality and to be a great team player<\/li>\n<li>Build good, enduring relationships with stakeholders and the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We would like to hear from individuals with exceptional computer literacy skills, who have worked in a role which includes delivering office administration service and using electronic filing systems and databases to control documentation and records.<\/p>\n<p>We would like you to be fully conversant in MS Office packages and possess the ability to interact at all levels.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.<\/p>\n<p>#LI-GD<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 08\/02\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 0<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
