Proposals Manager
Edinburgh City Centre
Full Time – Monday to Friday
Up to £50,000 per annum<\/p>\n
Search Consultancy are currently working with a Scottish industry leader to appoint a Proposals Manager to join their Edinburgh headquarters. <\/p>\n
This team plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and implementation of the Firm’s growth plan. This role offers a strong opportunity for career progression, as you will be given the opportunity to explore key areas of interest to you.<\/p>\n
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Manage and lead internal clients through the full bid process, coordinating input from internal clients and supporting functions across the firm
* Work with the Head of Proposals on the improvement of existing procedures and process to streamline service delivery
* Maintain the proposals pipeline, looking for any potential future opportunities
* Manage the allocation of work within the Proposals team
* Support in the opportunity qualification process
* Development and maintenance of the proposal response plan
* Coordination of key meetings and document reviews
* Coordinating sign off of proposal submissions and post submission activities
* Manage the Firm’s library of proposal collateral to ensure accuracy of information<\/p>\n
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* 5 years experience in a proposal or bids focused role within the Professional Services or Construction sector OR a Lawyer with 5 years PQE
* A track record of developing relationships at a senior level
* Experience leading and supporting teams
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Confident working under pressure and strict time frames
* Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills, with strong general MS Office skills
* Experience in proposal automation software<\/p>\n
