Contract Kitchens will involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimator position producing estimates, costings and full tenders for a manufactured range of contract kitchens sold into developers and tier 1 contractors (circa 50 &#8211; 250 plots)<\/li>\n<li>Reading and interpreting plans and design briefs to create quote for sales team<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all designs and specification are technically correct and reporting back to CAD or sales when requested details are not possible<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating prices with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Producing company presentations and supporting documents with accurate information<\/li>\n<li>Inputting data into SMART (margins, price controls, encyclopaedia and prices) as needed and controlling other internal reporting systems<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with sales team to ensure that deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining electronic files to ensure current quotes are easily accessible<\/li>\n<li>Managing and growing the Estimating team (currently 1 direct report)<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the senior management team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal applicant will be an Senior Estimator &#8211;
