hybrid basis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a&nbsp;brand new role,&nbsp;reporting into the Head of Product and sitting alongside a Project Manager.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The role advises on Product Strategy by analysing Product performance on a global scale, with the aim of&nbsp;identifying opportunities to offer a wider range of products into a specific market or Country and to highlight potential to develop new Products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By gathering insights from the Development Teams you will identify trends and opportunities to feed the Innovation Pipeline<\/li>\n<li>You will analyse Product Performance globally and identify opportunities to expand the Product range&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>You will work closely with Sales to understand opportunities and drive discussion on what projects the company should engage in<\/li>\n<li>You will also work closely with Marketing on what the Product focus should be and why&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>By engaging with category and insight teams you will have a strong position on what the company should and should not be doing from a Product perspective&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Working with the Marketing Manager, you ensure Sales are ready to sell, launch KPIs and facilitate post-launch evaluation of new Products<\/li>\n<li>You will be hands-on and work with the NPD team to see a Project though from beginning to end&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>You would identify risks associated with innovation&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your current job title might be Product Manager or Innovation Manager or perhaps you are in Marketing&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for someone who can make sense of large amounts of data and use this to feed decision making on Product<\/li>\n<li>You must be commercially aware&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in persuading others would be helpful, whether selling a Product, changing a current way of working or implementing a new process&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>You must have a strategic mindset<\/li>\n<li>You must be a creative thinker&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What are they offering?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The benefits offered here are amazing and reflect the company&#8217;s desire to attract the best of the best.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Genuine opportunity to progress, this company is growing and so can your career<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working;
