Our client is looking for a highly-organised and enthusiastic Property Manager who is willing to learn specialist information to become an expert in their department. If you have a minimum of 2 years\u2019 property management and customer service experience, our client would love to hear from you!<\/p>\n
Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Providing a designated group of clients with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits and lettings accounts
\u2022 Developing and building strong relationships with key clients
\u2022 Liaising\/negotiating between landlords and tenants
\u2022 Meeting and exceeding both team and individual service standards
\u2022 Investigating and resolving queries and problems
\u2022 Liaising with third party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken
\u2022 Coaching and developing junior members of the team
\u2022 Undertaking weekly review meetings with agreed and designated staff
\u2022 Being the first point of escalation to resolve any client care issues.<\/p>\n
Personal specification:<\/p>\n
\u2022 At least 2 years\u2019 experience within property management
\u2022 ARLA\/NFoPP qualifications – preferred
\u2022 Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
\u2022 Have accurate administration skills
\u2022 Be highly-organised with an acute attention to detail
\u2022 Be quick to learn and follow procedures
\u2022 First class customer service skills
\u2022 Remain calm and positive under pressure.<\/p>\n
The company will provide a basic salary of £27,000 to £35,000 dependent on previous experience and qualifications, plus a bonus incentive enabling you to earn up to £38,000.
