Our client is looking to hire a good quality building surveyor into their team for upcoming refurbishment and redevelopment projects. As an industry leading private practice, they offer scope across a variety of exciting new multi-discipline surveying projects in the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a building surveyor with a passion for:<\/p>\n
* Delivering a variety of differing building surveys
* Refurbishment and redevelopment project experience
* Preparing schedules of work and tendering packages using NBS software
* Project management
* Development monitoring
* Contract administration<\/p>\n
Required skills:<\/p>\n
* Experience working across a variety of different building survey projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS is beneficial.
* Experience working in the private and public sector on commercial projects.
* Excellent project management skills
* Experience working across a variety of different building survey projects.
* Chartered status with MRICS or equivalent is desirable but not essential.<\/p>\n
