Our client is an automotive 1st \/ 2nd tier supplier, a traditional well-established privately owned engineering company with sites across the Midlands. <\/p>\n
They are involved in the batch manufacture of components for several OEMs across several sectors and are currently in a period of sustained organic and acquisitive growth.<\/p>\n
They are seeking an experienced hands-on Quality professional for one of their production units in West Bromwich (B71 postcode) who can support the Quality Manager in monitoring key aspects of the foundry performance and take ownership of continuous improvement activities and the 5S housekeeping regime.<\/p>\n
Candidates should have knowledge and understanding of JLRQ, TS16949 <\/p>\n
and have a proven track record within either a Tier 1, Tier 2, or OEM – we are particularly interested in candidates with a die-casting \/ foundry \/ plastic moulding, press work type background.<\/p>\n
The company offers a base salary in a band £40 -45,000 plus benefits.<\/p>\n
