\nA private family business, is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their finance team as a Management Accountant for a maternity cover position. They are looking for a dynamic team player to contribute to their continued success.<\/p>\n
Position: Management Accountant (Maternity Cover)
Location: Arnold (Nottingham)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* Collaborate with the Financial Director to prepare accurate and timely management accounts.
* Execute month-end processes, including journal entries and accruals, using Sage 50.
* Reconcile Profit and Loss and Sales Ledger accounts.
* Manage and reconcile timesheets, ensuring accuracy.
* Oversee the sick leave management process and assist in documentation.
* Maintain organised financial documentation and assist in repayment reconciliations.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
* Proficient in Sage 50.
* Knowledge of month-end processes, management accounts, journal entries, and accruals.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* Familiarity with reconciliation processes, particularly in PL and SL.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.<\/p>\n
