You will join this small remote working team to lead the day-to-day candidate outreach and onboarding of our well-established and busy chef agency.<\/p>\n About your new role as their Chef Recruiter<\/strong><\/p>\n The Chef Tree is looking for a self-motivated Chef Recruiter where it\u2019s your role to find, generate interest and onboard the UK\u2019s best chefs who are looking for more than ‘just an agency\u2019…You will join a small remote working team to lead the day-to-day candidate outreach and onboarding of our well-established and busy chef agency.<\/p>\n Your mission as the team\u2019s Chef Recruiter:<\/strong><\/p>\n DO NOT:<\/strong> You need not be an experienced recruiter to join our team.<\/p>\n DO:<\/strong> You do need to:<\/p>\n It\u2019s a tall order! However, so is ensuring we continue to help provide the right chefs to the country\u2019s nurseries, nursing homes and schools.<\/p>\n Why do chefs become Chef Tree chefs?<\/strong><\/p>\n Our chefs find it very rewarding to move from an over-stretched, under-appreciated commercial kitchen to help the older people in our communities and the younger generations with fantastic nutritious food.<\/p>\n About You, your experience and personality:<\/strong><\/p>\n Our hiring team at Your People Partners can’t wait to hear from you as we’re very excited about adding to our existing, experienced recruitment team.<\/strong><\/p>\n Role: <\/strong>Chef Recruiter<\/p>\n Salary:<\/strong> £24,000 to £25,000 depending on your experience, company bonus plus pension<\/p>\n Working hours: <\/strong>Full-time, Monday to Friday – 8:00 am – 4:00 pm<\/p>\n Recruitment On-call: <\/strong>One (1) week of every four (4) weeks<\/p>\n Based:<\/strong> UK – remote (the team get together in London twice per year minimum)<\/p>\n Start date:<\/strong> January\/February 2024<\/p>\n For our recruiters out there,<\/strong> if you would like to be considered for a future PSL, please liaise with Helen at Your People Partners directly.<\/p>\n For candidates,<\/strong> Your People Partners are our internal hiring team, so any comms from them is the first step in our process (as opposed to traditional recruiters).
