Title: Water Treatment Engineer – BSRIA Precommision.<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary: £30-40K.<\/strong><\/p>\n Location: Iver, London, M25 region.<\/strong><\/p>\n Expanding Water Management company, who provide a wide range of Commissioning, Pre-Commissioning and Water Treatment services, is currently recruiting for a Pre-Commissioning \/ Flushing Engineer to join their team. Working across both new and existing water systems, you will be undertaking pre-commission cleans and flushing duties to BSRIA standards. The client is open to locations with good access to the London \/ M25 region, with preference given to those who also have good access to the M4. The role would suit those with a flexible and can-do attitude, who are looking to join a privately owned and expanding company, that can offer competitive salaries and training as part of their package.<\/p>\n The successful candidate will be traveling across the South East and will have good access to M25 and ideally the M4. Consideration will be given to areas such as: Reading, Bracknell, Slough, Camberley, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Guildford, Woking, Basingstoke, Newbury, Crawley, Horsham, Epsom, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n Experience You will be undertaking a range of pre-commissioning duties including; Application Deadline:<\/b> 01\/03\/2024
– Understanding of Pre-commission cleans and BSRIA standards.
– Confident in interpreting site drawings and plans.
– Hands on experience working as a Flushing \/ Pre-commissioning Engineer.
– Willingness to travel.<\/p>\n
– Undertaking pre-commissioning and flushing duties to various sites; including Office Blocks, Fit Outs, Hospitals and Existing Builds.
– Flushing of Hot and Cold-Water systems via mains system pumps or temporary flushing rigs.
– Backflushing and power flushing of systems.
– Working closely with commissioning engineers to obtain flow rates and velocities.
– Carrying out all works to BSRIA BG 29 guidelines.
– Using specialised software to compile test sheets and reports.<\/p>\n
