This will  be a management level role reporting into the leadership team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key tasks over the coming 12 months will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirements gathering and drafting the BRD, relating to Finance (FICO) &amp; Distribution (SD)<\/li>\n<li>Mapping and documenting all As Is processes.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing, as a Business Analyst, to the delivery of an MVP (with 3rd party vendor).<\/li>\n<li>Using your knowledge and experience of prior ECC to S\/4Hana transformations across FICO and SD to challenge the vendor on solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Once viable MVP approved, providing high level documentation and other artifacts as a required, as part of the RFP for an SI partner.<\/li>\n<li>Beyond this, no doubt many further BA tasks relating to FICO and SD as the project progresses through the various stages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An experienced lead enterprise business analyst who has worked through a minimum of 1 but ideally more, ECC to S\/4Hana transformations.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in FICO as your primary SAP module, but with SD as a secondary module of expertise and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally some experience as a Finance \/ FICO user at some point in your career.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels from exec to users and vendors alike.<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation skills; currently using Visio but open to alternative products if you prefer working with other tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>A team player who will work with and collaborate with peers.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to be in the office sometimes, mainly in Central London, for workshops, vendor meetings and the like.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interviews planned for late January ideally with a February start.
