Romford RM5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lister\/Valuer to join a prominent and highly established independent Property company in Romford RM5<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gaining of valuations and instructions<\/li>\n<li>Marketing including portal uploads and production of particulars, floor plans etc<\/li>\n<li>Agreeing principle terms of business with the client and confirming.<\/li>\n<li>Checking compliance with Money Laundering regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Phoning, texting, emailing sales information to potential purchasers.<\/li>\n<li>Following up all viewings and providing feedback to clients quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing client care with personal home visits, where possible or at least telephoning.<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining a strong fee and market share for the office<\/li>\n<li>Proficient marketing abilty on popular social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying buyer\u2019s ability to purchase and checking of chain information<\/li>\n<li>Providing referrals to Mortgage and Conveyancing partners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring sales files have been provided with all detailed information to be acceptable to sales progressor at point of hand over.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring progress of offers and sales in relation to monthly target.<\/li>\n<li>Looking for fresh and continued business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Have a positive approach to all aspects of the business and have the drive to achieve long term goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a proven track record in Listing Sales Property, achieving a strong conversion rate and fee. with a minimum of 18 months experience<\/li>\n<li>Well-presented and have excellent customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Must be conversant in estate agency practice.<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent marketing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have own car<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Senior Lister position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The hours will be:<\/strong><br \/>Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm<br \/>Saturdays 9am to 5pm with a day off in leu <\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Salary range will be: <\/strong>&#163;25,000 to &#163;30,000<br \/>with an OTE of &#163;40,000 &#8211;
