Our client is a leading Real-Estate financing business based in an upmarket area of North West London. Due to expansion and growth, we are recruiting for a Graduate who is highly numerate and comfortable with numbers to join their team on a permanent basis. Candidates applying should ideally have a Finance\/Mathematics related Degree.
Our client is rapidly growing and offers ample career prospects and progression. Duties will include:<\/p>\n

* Drafting legal documents for bridging loans
* Responding to client queries via email or over the phone
* Developing tailored finance solutions to meet clients requirements
* Obtaining all relevant information relating to bridging loans
* Preparing and processing various financial documents
* Processing monthly statements for investors<\/p>\n
