{"id":4557,"date":"2024-01-15T09:00:06","date_gmt":"2024-01-15T09:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/project-managing-surveyors\/"},"modified":"2024-01-15T09:00:06","modified_gmt":"2024-01-15T09:00:06","slug":"project-managing-surveyors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/project-managing-surveyors\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Managing Surveyors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Adjusting Appointments Limited<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a350,000 &#8211; \u00a360,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 02\/10\/2023<\/p>\n<p>Our client is a rapidly developing national loss adjusting practice that is now looking to expand its Project Managed Surveying Division through the appointment of a number of additional Building and Quantity Surveyors to project manage a wide variety of  high net worth and commercial property losses.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be home-based and must be capable of operating on your own initiative without the need for daily supervision.<\/li>\n<li>You will work closely with the national loss adjusting team providing support through all stages of the loss from the initial instruction through to completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates must essentially be either MRICS or MCIOB qualified and can come from either a quantity or building surveying background, but must have experience of working in the insurance claims field with either an insurer or loss adjuster.
