Our client is a market leading global manufacturer of safety critical assemblies operating in the OEM, automotive, defence and specialist vehicle sectors with manufacturing and distribution operations in the UK and USA.<\/p>\n
They are currently seeking an experienced proactive OEM Key Account Manager to join their commercial team.<\/p>\n
In this varied role you will take full responsibility for several assigned UK \/ EU based customers establishing strong working relationships at all levels within the OEM through regular visits and working with your colleagues internally such as Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Material Control to ensure customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre in a relevant discipline such as Engineering or Business with at least 3 years Key Account or new business Sales experience within automotive \/ aerospace or similar, language skills such as French would be a real bonus!<\/p>\n
There is extensive UK \/ European travel but as the manufacturing facility is based in the West Midlands it would be ideal if you were within an hour\u2019s commute of Birmingham.<\/p>\n
Salary is around £70,000 plus car, benefits etc.<\/p>\n
