We are currently working with them to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 6 Month basis, with the possibility of going on longer.<\/p>\n

Reporting into the AP Manager, this role will be responsible with client invoicing and client payable operations;<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Inputs invoices from partners, consultants, and vendors.<\/p>\n – Sets up new vendors and consultants in the ERP and verifies new vendor set ups.<\/p>\n – Tracks client subsistence rates and provides monthly report to F&A for data upload<\/p>\n – Supports monthly client invoicing process.<\/p>\n – Inputs timesheets and expense reports as assigned<\/p>\n – Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Experience with Accounts Payable<\/p>\n – Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required; prior experience with SAP (Advantageous_<\/p>\n – Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n – Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to kickstart their finance career within a growing, established consultancy that are going through a very exciting period!
