As a Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require specialized  care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to promote independence, dignity, and well-being among the service users in your care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide person-centered care<\/li>\n<li>Assist with daily living activities<\/li>\n<li>Promote independence<\/li>\n<li>Monitor health and well-being<\/li>\n<li>Emotional and social support<\/li>\n<li>Implement care plans<\/li>\n<li>Safeguarding<\/li>\n<li>Participate in training and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar care role, preferably working with adults with learning disabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of learning disabilities, their impact on individuals, and appropriate care approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Compassion, empathy, and patience to support individuals with diverse needs and challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and a multi-disciplinary team.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic care environment.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations, safeguarding procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>A commitment to promoting the rights, dignity, and well-being of Service Users<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certifications or training in care, such as NVQ\/Diploma or equivalent, would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>County Care is a specialist provider that offers a wide range of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities and autism.
