\nElectrically Biased Multi Skilled Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrically Biased Multi Skilled Engineer to join our client on a large, prestigious contract near Liverpool Street Station. The role will include PPM and reactive maintenance on a commercial property, (Electrical and Mechanical duties) Troubleshoot on building systems and regularly communicate with the client on site. This role will follow a fixed schedule of Monday – Friday, 8-5. In exchange, you will receive valuable experience, additional training and a great package.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be fully qualified, (Electrically biased) the ability to undergo tasks outside of electrical engineering, at least 3 years prior experience in Building Service Maintenance, posses a great attitude, self motivated and hold great communication skills.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
* PPM and Reactive Maintenance
* HVAC systems, (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Lighting systems, (LED fixtures, emergency lighting) Fire alarm systems ,Power distribution systems, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, Building Management Systems, (BMS) Plumbing systems and Pump Maintenance
* RAMS, HSE and other relevant documentations
* Organise and liaise with sub contractors
* Regularly communicate with clients <\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
* Electrically Qualified (City and Guilds \/ NVQ or equivalent)
* Proven experience in Building Service Maintenance (At least 3+ years prior)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Salary and Benefits:<\/p>\n
* £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
