This is a key leadership role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to truly own a function and drive  performance of the business.<\/p>\n<p>The business is a recognisable brand with ample opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career and be involved in a variety of projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Commercial Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, contributing to key business decisions and ensuring financial objectives align with overall organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets. Conduct regular forecasting and variance analysis to support effective decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Business Partnering: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Analysis: Oversee and deliver performance analysis to the senior leadership team of the business, including but limited to margins, variances, KPI metrics etc.<\/li>\n<li>Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and support operational needs. Implement effective working capital management strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
