You will be a confident communicator and be able to build  natural rapport with clients, engineers and team members. <\/p>\n<p>You should have prior experience in a customer service environment and be willing to learn from the basics up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives of this Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Deliver the day-to-day administration within our operations team and support the business wide team. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all elements of service delivery within our client contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the wider team to deliver our service alongside supporting our contract managers.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the commercial success of the business within your role.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver all elements of the role in a personal and professional manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Contracts<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise and fully manage planned maintenance works.<\/li>\n<li>Be a key point of contact for clients and be able to understand their business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client reporting for external an internal review.<\/li>\n<li>Represent our operations team during client visits and provide support to Business Development Managers <\/li>\n<li>Take part in client out of hours call support on a rota basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Parts Sourcing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source spare parts and provide estimates to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take incoming calls\/manage email inbox and respond to client and supplier enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate breakdown calls.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain daily updates on engineer attendance and spare parts.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active call management to progress open jobs through to completion as quickly as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Process and validate engineers reports and follow up actions.<\/li>\n<li>Keep clients up to date on the progress of jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Build good working relationships with engineers\/supplier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate within your team to ensure all tasks are delivered according to agreed priority.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team meetings, providing solutions &amp;
