{"id":4374,"date":"2024-01-12T20:00:06","date_gmt":"2024-01-12T20:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/customer-service-coordinator-3\/"},"modified":"2024-01-12T20:00:06","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T20:00:06","slug":"customer-service-coordinator-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/customer-service-coordinator-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> TURNERFOX RECRUITMENT<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a322,000 &#8211; \u00a326,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 12\/01\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role: IT Customer Service Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary 22-26k Depending on Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location Mansfield<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours &#8211; Working shifts on a rota basis from 6am &#8211; 10pm (1 in 3 weekends) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a IT Customer Service Coordinator for a busy Mansfield based organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Working in a fast paced and varied role, you will be providing Technical support to business clients and escalating more complex issues to internal departments and third parties as well as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First point of contact for all client technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and resolving issue from call to completion<\/li>\n<li>Updating the client on progress and timescales<\/li>\n<li>Logging and recording all issues<\/li>\n<li>Assigning calls to engineers and 3rd parties<\/li>\n<li>Providing excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li>Creating standard documentation on problem resolution and fixes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate for the IT Customer Service Coordinator role will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within a fast faced customer service role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on their own, as part of a team, and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and ability to prioritise<\/li>\n<li>An interest in problem-solving with hardware, operating systems, and software packages<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work on a rota basis between the hours of 6am-10pm, including 1 in every 3 weekends shifts <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested??
