Our client based in Peterborough are seeking Payroll Analysts and Senior Payroll Analysts to join in permanent poositions. Based on skills and experience the salary will be circa £25k. Senior Payroll Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n As a Senior Payroll Administrator you’ll be a subject matter expert whose mission it is to provide an effective and efficient outsourced payroll service to our range of customers. You’ll respond to requests, queries and escalations raised in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll work alongside your colleagues to support your Team Leader, driving a quality service delivery to the customer base and continuously look to improve the processes and service provided.<\/p>\n Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Completes and owns payroll processing cycle for allocated customers.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ensures data is received in the right format an in time to complete payrolls to agreed deadlines.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ensures all payroll processes and procedures are accurately documented, updated regularly.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Reviews regular payrolls currently in production to ensure Best Practice processes are adhered to.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Maintains a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance, keeping abreast of all changes through publications, websites and seminars.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Receives and records customer enquiries and provides enhanced information in response to customer requests.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Handles complex payroll queries escalated from the client.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Considers and proposes any new ideas which could add value to the customer and improve business performance.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Prioritises and actions daily tasks to be accomplished to meet SLAs.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Provides and maintains regular data\/statistics\/reports.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Develops and maintains a good working knowledge of products and services.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Looks to mentor, coach and develop less experienced team members.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ensures company confidentiality at all times and manages data under security policies.<\/p>\n Key skills and experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 In depth payroll and benefits knowledge with relevant previous experience.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ideally CIPP qualified or working toward this qualification.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Previous experience in a payroll outsourcing environment and\/or experience with ResourceLink is desirable.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent numeracy skills.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Strong customer interaction skills (by telephone, face-to-face and written).<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent prioritisation skills, with high level of attention to detail.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Strong analytical skill, able to break down a problem into its component parts and identify suitable solutions.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Remains calm and objective under pressure.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 23\/02\/2024
