Based in the City, they are a short walk from Bank or Liverpool Street Station. With office’s that dazzle, you can expect a business that believes in quality and staff that believe in the business. They would like to meet a finance professional, ideally legal, to begin working as an Accounts Receivable Assistant.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include Partner debt, chasing unpaid invoices and monitoring the payment status of e-billed invoices. Preparation and distribution of Partner AR reports. Schedule and attend Partner meetings. Resolve and manage client queries. Report Aged Debt issues to management. Provide collection notes, identify slow-paying clients, improve overpayment, work closely with the Billing Team on re-issues and amendments, prepare reports, ensure compliance with VAT and SAR, and much more.<\/p>\n
It would help if you were highly numerate, have a minimum of one years’ experience within an AR role and be good with Excel. <\/p>\n
Your experience must be from a professional services firm, ideally legal, have a basic working knowledge of eBilling Hub and a foundational understanding of VAT regulations within Europe.<\/p>\n
