Senior IFA Administrator \/ Wealth Planning Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n Based, Teddington<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary up to £42,000<\/strong><\/p>\n Are you currently working as a IFA Administrator \/ Wealth Planning Administrator in financial services and looking for your next challenge?<\/strong><\/p>\n Then we have the role for you\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n The role\/company:<\/strong><\/p>\n Our client is an independent wealth planning company based in Teddington.<\/p>\n They are now looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator \/ Wealth Planning<\/p>\n Administrator to join their close knit team of 4.<\/p>\n Key responsibilities of the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n Organising the Advisers diary<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Managing the Advisers inbox<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Planning ahead and getting everything ready for their client meetings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Working closely with the Advisers to ensure clients are offered exceptional care<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Contacting existing clients to organize their annual reviews and booking into the Advisers diary<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Varied role, including writing suitability reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Who this role would suit\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n This would suit either some who is already working as a IFA Administrator \/ Wealth Planning Administrator and is looking for more of a Senior IFA Administrator role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Someone who loves organising, planning, supporting the Advisers making sure that they are free to spend their time with their clients<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Additional information:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Hours are 9am-5.30pm<\/p>\n Salary up to £42,000<\/p>\n Holiday – 25 days + BH<\/p>\n If you are looking for a role where you will be a key member of the team and be part of a boutique chartered firm, then please apply.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 15\/02\/2024\n
