Working hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours between 8am – 6pm)<\/p>\n HYBRID WORKING \u2013 2 DAYS OFFICE \/ 3 DAYS FROM HOME<\/strong><\/p>\n The role:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Making outbound calls to existing customers to gain feedback from our valued customers.<\/p>\n \u2022 Using inhouse systems to log customer feedback.<\/p>\n \u2022 Providing excellent service, going above and beyond customer\u2019s expectations on every single call<\/p>\n \u2022 Working towards agreed individual and team targets that result in bonuses for strong performance!<\/p>\n The ideal candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Experience of working in a call centre or an environment where you provide customer service.<\/p>\n \u2022 Strong communication skills, both oral and written<\/p>\n \u2022 Consistent objective achievers against targets<\/p>\n \u2022 An ability to make customer decisions quickly and whether to escalate to your senior colleague.<\/p>\n Does the above sound like the role you have been waiting to take on?
