Personality and individuality are encouraged and fostered, with everyone\u2019s strengths and weaknesses supported.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On behalf of our client, in central Bristol, we are seeking a <strong>Software Integration Manager<\/strong>. This is joining our client at an exciting time and they are looking for someone who has a <strong>background in managing projects from start to finish in a fast moving tech environment as an Implementation Consultant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Projects are typically short (6-8 weeks) and in this role you will be managing multiple projects concurrently.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing new clients through a free trial and integration period of the product.<\/li>\n<li>Requirements gathering and configuration of the software product based of customer need.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as well as creative thinking<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identifying risks to management<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer and internal resources to ensure project milestones are met.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met<\/li>\n<li>Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical\/technical users, alike.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a broad knowledge of the product, services and industry to enable you to understand the customer requirements and provide creative solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in establishing and improving best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For this role as a <strong>Software Integration Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>our client is seeking the following skills and experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience implementing a SaaS product.<\/li>\n<li>High degree of initiative and ability to work unsupervised.<\/li>\n<li>A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Great communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident and engaged with work.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 day holiday allowance including bank holidays, with option to work bank holidays and use the allowance on other days. <\/li>\n<li>Perk box benefits<\/li>\n<li>Excellent opportunities for growth including in-house and external training with career and pay advances for those that take advantage of that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Central Bristol, no car parking &#8211;
