Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm (day off in lieu every other week)<\/p>\n
£20 ,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary<\/p>\n
OTE circa £50,000 to £70,000 per annum<\/p>\n
Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent<\/p>\n
Walthamstow, London<\/p>\n
Duties include:<\/p>\n
* Registering applicants<\/p>\n
* Matching properties to applicants needs<\/p>\n
* Conducting viewings<\/p>\n
* Negotiating and closing deals<\/p>\n
* Liaising with buyers and landlords<\/p>\n
* Canvassing of new properties<\/p>\n
Our clients require:<\/p>\n
* Excellent communication and customer service skills<\/p>\n
* Ability to work well under pressure and to a high standard<\/p>\n
* High attention to detail<\/p>\n
* Enthusiastic and highly driven<\/p>\n
* Property sales experience\/similar sales background<\/p>\n
* Full UK driving licence<\/p>\n
