One of the most prestigious global residential property developers is looking to hire a Financial Controller. The business is responsible for some of the most well known living locations across London – a true place maker. Well funded the business is continuing to invest in London and across the UK, with seven live projects all delivering between 750 – 3000 homes each!<\/p>\n

As the Financial Controller you would report directly to the UK Finance Director and be responsible for the business’s JV projects and corporate reporting, along with managing a management accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and gain a broad set of experience across budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, team management and statutory reporting.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate would be a qualified accountant with at least 2 years post qualification experience. They would be ambitious, a team player and have experience managing a team.<\/p>\n
