You will be responsible for a select number of customers and be the main liaison between different departments including sales, material planning, accounts and quality.<\/p>\n<p>Location = Redditch<\/p>\n<p>Salary = &#163;23-24,000<\/p>\n<p>Benefits = Hybrid working, 25 days holiday &#43; statutory holidays, pension, healthcare, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Hours = Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrate the back-office and lead contact for the defined customer base, taking calls, emails, fax etc. related to availability, shipments, technical issues, catalogues etc.<\/li>\n<li>Answers queries directly or forwards to the appropriate department<\/li>\n<li>Enter orders, monitor and release them for packing and shipping in coordination with customers and logistics providers.<\/li>\n<li>Support the sales team out in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Entry of stock and express orders in Oracle-ERP and monitor on-time deliveries, together with the logistics providers.<\/li>\n<li>Address unresolved requests and issues to the designated resource.<\/li>\n<li>Checking and follow-up of claims, initiating of returns and credits.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active follow up of backorders keeping customers informed.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on customer interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Project work<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks requested from the Team Leader or Customer Service Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee high class service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate for this role:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be fluent in French and English<\/li>\n<li>Must have previous customer service experience.
